Before the first home high school volleyball match of each season, we print/copy enough scoresheets and libero tracking sheets to last throughout the season, then keep them all together in a place we can access before each following home match.
We print/copy about 80 scoresheets (9 home matches for Soph, JV, & Varsity), and we print/copy about 30 libero tracking sheets.
When we host a varsity tournament with 48 total matches in our gym, we print/copy an additional 120 scoresheets and an additional 55 libero tracking sheets.
