FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I get promo pricing?
To receive our group or new coach discounts, please email info@goldmedalsquared.com and we will send you an invoice/payment link with the appropriate discounts applied. To qualify for the new coach discount, we ask that you have less than two total years of coaching experience.
What are my payment options?
You can pay now, or pay later when registering for any event. We accept credit cards, ACH, checks, and purchase orders. We encourage you to complete payment prior to arriving, as this will expedite the check-in process. If you need an invoice or payment link, please email info@goldmedalsquared.com.
What about accommodations?
Above you will see the coaching clinic site address. Please enter this in to google maps and then select the “nearby” option. This will list all hotels that are near the event. We have found that this option provides for better pricing that pre-selecting one host hotel.
What is your refund policy?
We have a no questions asked refund policy. However, if you are purchasing non-refundable flights or hotels, please check with us first. With the ever changing COVID landscape, it never hurts to double check. Email us any time with questions.
